Reporting Parameters in Sage PFW

We wanted to thank those of you who recently attended our Reporting in PFW Webinar. We hope you found it informative and look forward to hosting you again in the future!

For those of you that were unable to make it we wanted to include a brief summary here of the items covered:

Using Parameters to sort reports the way you want them.

  • Using the 'Order by' drop down to pull the data you need
  • Pre-saving parameters
  • Efficient use of the Range Boxes
  • Pulling specified item reports
  • The use of date fields to find the data you need

Using the Routings Tab to set up recurring reports.

Manually saving specific reports and ? having them automatically sent to applicable staff members on specified dates

Using the Distributions tab to send reports to applicable staff members.
