In the past, print was merely a function of the work environment. The philosophy that prevailed was to buy inexpensive print solutions that provided convenience. Information was printed and filed away in the proprietary system you devised. Unbelievably, that filing system you came up with probably caused you to reprint items you just couldn’t locate or worse, recreate the data when no trace of the original content could be found.

STC Order Entry Modification Issues

In using the STC - Or E-Z Sales Order Entry/POS template manager I found an issue with modifing existing templates.   When an existing template was opened, and addtional fields where selected as not visable and applied the screen looked correct.   When I went to manage and save no errors appeared.   When I closed out of the entry screen and went back in, selected the template I just modified, the fields I changed were ok, but other fields now were visible that were not before the modification.   The solution appears to be that after you modifiy a template you must save it to new name.
